Booth locations are assigned on a ‘First come, First served’ basis, where you can indicate a maximum of 2 preferred locations. When you place an option, we will reserve it for you for 14 days.

- The small / medium / large packages include stand construction, full visual walls, furniture, carpet, lighting & electricity, daily stand cleaning, and a Royal Start participation package.
- There is an additional charge for a prime location on the exhibition floor. For own stand construction, mandatory stand inspection costs will be charged.
- Co-exhibitors: we charge €1,495 for each co-exhibitor. They will receive their own Royal Start participation package and be listed in the exhibitor list.

Terms and Conditions*
In addition to Article 5.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Jaarbeurs B.V. Exhibition Participation (as published on https://www.jaarbeurs.nl/en/general-terms-and-conditionswww.jaarbeurs.nl/algemene-voorwaarden), the following applies:
– Jaarbeurs will invoice 50% of the participation costs for Logistica Next 2025 immediately after the agreement for participation is established.
– Jaarbeurs will invoice 50% of the participation costs and any additional costs 3 (three) months before the first build-up day of Logistica Next 2025.
In the event of late or incomplete payment of the first or second 50% of the participation costs due, that is, within fourteen (14) days after the invoice date, the right to the early bird rate and the assigned stand location will expire. In such cases, the regular participation rates will automatically apply, and Jaarbeurs reserves the right to change the agreed stand location.
